Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped within 3 business days provided items are in stock – an order confirmation will be sent out automatically via email confirming stock availability and estimated delivery. If items are out of stock customers will be advised via email within 24 hours of receipt of order (or next business day) of estimated delivery date. Items are shipped using UPS ground unless specified otherwise, the tracking number will be sent to the email provided in the order process.

Privacy & Security

At ACO we recognize the importance of privacy; the information we collect is used solely for the purpose of processing your order. During the registration process we give you the option to receive periodic updates and promotional information on Quartz by ACO products and other related ACO products. We promise never to sell, rent, or give your name, email address or any other personal information to anyone. At any point, you can select the link at the bottom of every email to unsubscribe, or log into your account and unsubscribe from future marketing communications.

Returns & Replacements

Request to return items must be made via email to info@quartzbyaco.com within 7 days of receipt of items. Items should be returned in original packaging and if the return is due to our error ACO will pay the return shipping charges. Just call (888) 490-9552 and we will advise you of the necessary steps to ensure a smooth product return and credit. Product costs will refunded to the method of payment used in the original transaction, you will receive this credit within 30 days, to allow for return shipping and processing. Damaged items – all claims made for damage incurred during the shipping process must be made directly with UPS. All shipping charges include insurance for the value of the order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All orders must be paid for at the time of ordering with a credit/debit card or Paypal account. ACO reserves the right to update pricing without notice – received orders will be honored at the previous price.
