The QuARTz linear shower channel drain design eliminates the complex 4-way falls required by traditional point outlets and replaces them with easy to create single direction slopes. This makes tiling simpler, as fewer and less complex cuts are required; the result being a more attractive drainage solution. The installation accessories ensure a simple and quick drainage connection to the plumbing system; CPE membrane connector - typically used with the plain edge body Connects to roughed in waste pipe, allows traditional clamping of the CPE membrane and the rubber inner flange allows the QuARTz by ACO channel to be pushed into the connector to the required finished height. Flexible coupling connector - typically used with the flange edge body Connects to roughed in waste pipe (any material) and directly to the outlet of the QuARTz by ACO channel. Stainless steel cladding on the coupling makes it ideal for use where plastic fittings are considered a fire hazard. Leveling feet - help ensure a quick drain installation as they support the channel to help keep it level and at the required height during installation. Grate removal - grates are held in place by plastic 'buttons' in each corner that creates a friction fit, pulling upwards ising the hook shaped tool (supplied with every grate) provides quick drain grate removal. |
